We want to celebrate the launch of our new online store giving our Customers the opportunity to receive our jewels free of charges, therefor shipping in Switzerland.
In the meantime, we are working to deliver our jewels all over the world. if you are located in a different country, please contact us at and we will gladly handle your order.


Ground shipping in the Switzerland is free of charges for the Customer. Express/overnight shipping will be charged to the Customer depending on the delivery shipping zone.

Shipping of available products will take place within 1-3 days from the order date.

Orders placed after noon (12.00), on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays, will be processed the following working day.

Shipments are usually handled by Swiss Post or by Fedex courier but JADE Boutique may reserve the right to entrust the shipment to a different courier. Customers will be accurately informed via e-mail on the name of the courier and on their tracking number once the order is processed.

You can track your shipment on each courier web site, with the Waybill number (tracking number) sent to you via e-mail once your order is shipped.

Please note, the Waybill number will be sent to the e-mail address used for the purchase.

The goods are shipped with insured shipment. In case of damage during the shipment we kindly ask the Customer to contact our Customer Service at the email address  7 days from the delivery date. Please save all packaging, goods and invoices in order to let us verify the damage and process the claim. Our Customer Service will contact you to define the procedure.

In case of damages during the shipment, we will send a new item as replacement of the damaged one. If the item is already available in our stock the replacement of the good will take place within 10 days from the customer warning and only after receiving the damaged item from the customer at:
